Reading the scroll gives the player the following message:

"You memorise^[sic] what is written on the scroll

You can now cast the Ardougne teleport spell

Provided you have the required runes and magic level

The scroll crumbles to dust"

Reading another scroll after you have unlocked the spell will just display the last line.
